NaPoWriMo 8: The Circus

The circus preformed in Cairo tonight,
Under the striped tent so bright.
Gymnasts stretched at a daring height,
Causing the audience much fright.
Next are the pigeons, amusing,
Through the air, cruising.
Then, their energy losing,
They take to snoozing.
Finally the last act,
The most riveting, in fact.
The crowd, the tigers attract,
Until the ringmaster is attacked.
