Ah, the world wide web,

What a great relief you are!

When life begins to ebb,

Due to a question of "How far?"

If you were gone, my friend,

Would we still live?

Having to set a trend,

Maps we would relive.

And how strange to think,

That if you, internet, were dead,

We'd have to find our informational links,

In textbooks instead!
